We do NOT do 'first come-first served' ... there is a application process involved. Every effort will be made to make sure our pets do not end up in a homeless situation again.
Please, if you are interested in adopting from Huskies R Us please copy and paste the adoption application into a email and send to us. Then please have patience, as life with several dogs can be quite hectic, especially on the weekends.

Before you complain that our adoption fee is too high.....
About our adoption/donation fee: Our fee is lower than a LOT of other pure breed rescues. I do not discourage folks from adopting from a pound or shelter, but you adopt from a shelter you do not have someone that has spent at least one month with the pet to learn its habits, temperament, and attitude. Not to mention treating them as they would their own pet.
Also pounds are able to adopt their animals at a much lower price because they have government assistance with paying for the spaying/neutering, shots, and so forth. We rescues do not. We rely on public donations, our adoption fees and our own pockets to take care of these pets. On seven out of ten adoptions we do not even 'break even' money wise.

$15.00 flea and tick treatment regimen
$48.00 Spay surgery certificate
$72.00 Pretreatment med's and x-ray(antibiotics and steroids)
$250.00 Heartworm treatment
$25.00 gas, several trips to vet within a 6 week period and transporting her here from another county
